Comments:

This is a specific bone study, and uses filter B20 for soft tissue of B60 for bone. Using both filters allows excellent imaging of both bone and the soft tissues.

In select cases or when 3D is needed 1 mm collimations and 1.25 slice thickness are used.

IV contrast is used if associated soft tissue evaluation is needed.
