Comments:

If the patient is larger, then choose the pelvis specific protocol, which has a higher mAs (200) as well as a special filter to reduce artifact related to bony structures.

Distention of the bladder with contrast is valuable in determining the presence of a bladder lesion. Use a CT cytography protocol.
