Introduction
The role of CT has increased with the introduction of single and multidetector CT. Although CT applications ranging from evaluation of high resolution lung CT to evaluation of metastases to staging of lymphoma have been classic applications the innovations over the past few years have lead chest CT into such areas as pulmonary embolus evaluation, coronary artery calcification scoring and coronary angiography.
This exhibit presents a comprehensive review of the current state of the art of chest CT. We provide nearly a thousand illustrative cases and combine that with a series of lectures and critical text that covers the gamut of the role of CT in evaluation of cardiac and thoracic pathology. Following review of this program, the user will have a more comprehensive understanding of the role of CT in evaluation of thoracic pathology and gain inside into future directions and applications.
